What we can settle
- A price or product detail here that does not match the seller
- A broken link or a page that will not load
- A question about what this site is and how it earns
- A request to remove anything held about you
What we cannot
Anything attached to an order. No orders are taken here, no payments handled, no stock held, no tracking number visible and no refund issuable. All of that sits with the seller, whose support address arrives with the order confirmation. Writing here instead just adds a stop on the way.
Health questions
Not ours to answer. Whether a greens powder suits you, or sits well with medication you already take, is a question for a pharmacist or a doctor who knows your history.
Corrections
If a figure here looks wrong, say so and name the page. Corrections go to the front of the queue, because a wrong number left standing is worse than a missing one. Where the checkout and this site disagree, the checkout is right and these pages get changed.
Replies
Two working days is the usual turnaround, and a correction is normally faster than that. Messages that genuinely need the seller get a short note saying so rather than being forwarded for you.
Before you write about the product itself
A surprising share of the mail that reaches an affiliate inbox is really meant for the manufacturer: questions about a batch code, a scoop that arrived buried in the powder, or whether a tub that has been open six weeks is still good. We cannot answer any of those with authority, because we do not make the product and have no access to the batch records that would settle them. The seller's support team can, and reaching them directly saves you a round trip.

tonicgreen.us publishes independently. It is neither the manufacturer nor the seller and has no connection to either beyond the affiliate arrangement set out in the footer of every page. No phone line and no postal address exist, because this is a website and an inbox.
